M5 Self-Service Boutique Hotel - Riga

The M5 Self-Service Boutique offered a cozy and charming atmosphere that really stood out. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk from the historic Old Town. The unique architectural features gave the hotel a distinct character. The breakfast choices were diverse, providing plenty of options each morning, which I appreciated. I faced some issues . The water temperature was inconsistent, often lukewarm, disappointing. While the charm and breakfast were highlights, some maintenance and cleaning improvements are definitely needed.

Everything was really good, amazing location in the centre of Riga very close to restaurants, the staff were very amiable. The room was brand-new, nicely furnished with large bathroom and the overall experience was lovely. The daily breakfast was warm and fantastic with fresh products and also cheeses...

The room was well-appointed with safe for safety measures, and a mini-fridge-bar, a writing desk, and an ironing set.

I loved the cozy atmosphere of the Twin Room with Shower. The exposed brick walls added an authentic charm. Plus, the location was unbeatable, right in the heart of Old Town, with access to historical sites and vibrant spots!

I liked this reasonably priced hotel, it did not disappoint. Everything was very good, incredible location close enough to a very early morning flight as well as train and bus stations, proactive staff. Had well-appointed room with bathtube in bathroom, and I couldn't ask for more.

The central location was really great!

The location was prime with all the sights just a walk away. I was impressed by the nicely laid out room, exposed brick feeling cozy and authentic.

It wasn't cheap but still acceptable for what you get.

Staff very surly. Had to keep asking for the room to be restocked with soap etc. Not as clean as it should be.

The hotel is centrally located on a small street, it was quiet. The breakfast selection was small but good.

The staff could be more open and friendly.

Inconsistent Wi-Fi in rooms, poor maintenance of bathroom facilities!!! The room cleanliness left much to be desired, with an improperly functioning shower that lacked a curtain. Consider urgent updates to the overall condition!!!

A nice hotel in the middle of the old town. We had a standard room. Would book a comfort room with the next booking.

The water left a lot to be desired-it was often just lukewarm, not ideal for a relaxing shower after a long day. Cleaning wasn't up to par. I found some leftover junk under the bed and behind the curtains. The breakfast options were a bit lacking in variety and freshness, which didn't quite hit the mark for a decent start to the day. It's clear that some areas need addressing to live up to expectations.
